Classes are Weekly Wednesdays from 7:30 to 8:30pm
Restorative Ritual class is an invitation to experience beautifully woven yogic techniques and sequences to connect you with the rhythms of nature and discover the power of your creative energy to create a life full of wonder, artistic expression, intimacy, and a deeper connection to self. Each weekly ritual harnesses the energy of the current celestial cycle~ blending guided meditation, pranayama, kundalini, and slow moving restorative yoga postures to nourish and soothe the nervous system, release physical and mental tension, and connect you with your heart to create from this space. These sacred practices empower and are a refuge for times of stress and change.

Rachael is inspired by the senses, the turning of the seasons, and a good belly laugh. She believes we are all a part of this magic universe, and to live in harmony with our magnificent Mother Nature is to recognize, appreciate and connect with her rhythms. Rituals return her to what matters, entering a state of mind where she can break with the routine patterns of the mundane and remember the sacred. Yoga has been a tool in supporting her through life’s changes since 2005. A life changing event in 2015 led her to deepen her practices at Asheville Yoga Center where she received her 200 YTT. This experience lifted the veil to the mystery of life, unlocked through meditation, asana, and sacred rituals where she could safely be held and supported in a nurturing container. Diving deeper into the mystery, she immersed herself in the studies of tantra yoga, kundalini, meditation, and children’s yoga. Rachael’s offerings beautifully weave in yogic techniques and play to discover the power of your creative energy to create a life full of wonder, artistic expression, intimacy, and a deeper connection to self. Owner of Crafted Outpost, Rachael currently hosts mindful events and workshops for adults and children to tap into their own magic through art & yoga with the support of community and the natural world. She curates the shop with handmade products from 50 local makers who have the same intention in mind - if we take care of Mother Nature and our community, we will thrive.
