✓ Astrological Overview , Cosmic Mapping and Gene Keys

You will receive your complete Astrological Chart during this retreat and learn basic Evolutionary Astrology. Workshops will focus on mapping your chart placements with 7 year cycles and healing your physical body through metaphysical anatomy.

✓ Womb Continuum Care

This retreat will have a big focus on the womb and is for women who are ready for this level of womb/lineage healing. This will be hands-on stomach and womb care. (No hands-in work)

✓ Natural Dying

We’ll work with natural dyes that evoke shadow, regeneration, and rebirth. Over two days, we’ll layer flowers and plant matter, then return to the shawls with shibori folding and over-dyeing, letting color and pattern deepen and unfold. Each woman will leave with a shawl — a wearable altar piece, carrying the season’s teachings and inviting curiosity, play, and discovery along the way.

✓ Writing and Channeling Practices

We will practice states of creative flow and feel what it is like to sink into emotions, rather than dismiss them. A way of tapping into the stream of creativity through spoken word and the poetic expression of pleasure, grief & pain.

✓ Sound, Song, and Nature

Singing, humming and toning will be active throughout these retreats. The throat, heart, womb connection is foundational for the work we do. Participants are always encouraged to bring their own instruments. Time spent in nature will be a priority.

✓ Authentic Relating

Together we will lean into our edge through one-on-one mirror work and group work. Speaking, moving and honoring our boundaries, desires and fears. This is your opportunity to be witnessed in ways you have never allowed.

✓ Somatic and Nervous System Focus

Morning meditation and breath work during the morning hours is a beautiful group experience we practice during these retreats. Breath is a Somatic Healing Technique we utilize to begin re-calibrating our Nervous System together in group.

✓ Shadow Work and Lineage Healing

We will focus on the throat, heart and womb connection for lineage healing work. The 4th, 8th and 12th houses in our astrological chart. Along with, the Asteroid Goddess placements within your chart. We will also focus on the father wound and how we view the masculine.

✓ Movement and Dance

Dance will be used like a prayer. Shifting and moving stuck energy from within our fascia, organs and muscles is essential during our healing phases. Movement and vocal toning is also necessary for the release of our sensual self-expression and to get the juices flowing. We will listen to songs from dolphins and whales as well.

✓ Photography

I will be shooting black and white portraits of all the women at this retreat. These portraits will portray the earth and the women who merge with the elements in all their power and presence.

• These retreats are for women born with a uterus who are ready to soften into their primal, sensual, full expressed selves. Women ready to commit to long term change and hold themselves accountable every step of the way.
• These retreats are NOT for anyone looking to get an instant gratification, quick fix of “change.” This is a stepping stone within your journey - albeit it will be a powerful one - this is not therapy and we are not here to “fix” people as we do not believe anyone who walks through these retreats doors is broken.

Britt will teach and guide you through the basic understanding of —Evolutionary Astrology and the Gene Keys Venus Sequence through your individual chart.

Britt will cover topics of womb healing, mother/father wound healing, and authentic relating/expression.

Through interactive games and creative play we will strengthen our intuitive muscle and gain the confidence to be seen.

Britt will teach you how to create your own offerings into the world and begin fully living through your North Node path.
