Solar yoga practice + Salt water plunge

5am: We will meet at a designated location, enjoy a quiet boat ride in the twilight, and drink awakening sun tea. Kristy’s husband Captain Jason and others will shuttle us to Masonboro Island where we will will greet the rising sun with chanting and a solar yoga practice on the beach with Rachael Crawford. Rachael Kinsey will end the practice with a group fire ritual to initiate new beginnings. Celebrating with a collective salt water dip in the ocean (if inclined) and beach chill time accompanied by a delicious feast of fresh fruit and island paradise punch prepared by Kristy!
What to bring:
Water
Towel
Wear a bathing suit under your yoga clothes
change of clothes if wanted
Towel for yoga (can double up with your beach towel)
Sunscreen
Sunglasses
Hat
If it’s a chilly morning layer warmly, boat ride can be windy, esp. when wet
Extra snacks if you want / need extra
