Workshops are two to three hour creative experiences for everybody. Learn skills, make friends, be creative and take home a handmade project to be proud of.

Types of Workshops

In this 3 hour workshop, we will guide you through weaving a woven wall hanging with an array of fibers and colors, shells, and driftwood! ! Have fun playing with color, texture, and dye while enjoying the creative and mindful process of weaving!

This class is beginner-friendly; no experience necessary! And we’ve got all the materials you’ll need. Just bring your friends, relax, and weave!

This workshop features a modern take on the childhood favorite, friendship bracelets!

If you used to whip up these in elementary school like a pro but have completely forgotten how to make them, then we’ll teach you this old school classic! We’ll make 2 different types of friendship bracelets using embroidery floss, simple macramé knots, and natural gemstones + crystals.

We’ll work with fresh flowers, foliage, fibers, colors and textures. Paying attention to detail, shape and movement. Together with Rachael you will make a nature inspired winter hoop wreath with focus on flow and texture.

In this two-hour class, we will teach you step-by-step how to handcraft your own hoop wreath. Each participant will have and abundance of fresh, dried, and forged unique ingredients to create with.

What's included: 14" gold hoop, wire, macrame string and all the ingredients to create. Wreath size will vary upon completion.

Rachael Kinsey has designed a lunar calendar and collaborated with Elliot McDonald from Creo Print Co. to screen print the design on a 12x18 canvas. Fill in the calendar's moon with watercolor paint and embellish it with liquid gold gilding and real pressed flowers Rachael has gathered throughout Wilmington. Beginners welcome!
